SentinelX provides an autonomous penetration testing platform powered by artificial intelligence. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Authorized Use Only

You represent and warrant that you have explicit written authorization to test any target systems you submit to the platform. This includes bug bounty program authorization, penetration testing contracts, or internal red team engagement approval.

2. No Illegal Activity

You may not use SentinelX to test systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test. Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws worldwide.

3. Platform Usage

SentinelX generates exploit code and attack payloads as part of its automated assessment functionality. You are solely responsible for how you use the output. The platform is a tool for authorized security professionals.

4. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that assessments will identify all vulnerabilities. Security testing is probabilistic by nature.

5. Limitation of Liability

SentinelX and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from authorized testing activities.

6. Data Handling

Assessment data and findings are stored encrypted. We do not share your assessment results with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
